Arcturus scanning the horizon

Arcturus is an Imperial Blade who resides at Cloud Ruler Temple in the Jerall Mountains north of Bruma.

Arcturus apparently never needs to sleep as he can be found at the eastern sentry tower at all hours of the day.

Arcturus wears the usual set of Blades armor, including a cuirass, helmet, boots, greaves, and gauntlets. He wields an Akaviri katana and a shield. He also carries a brown shirt with light brown linens and carries a small sum of gold.

He will always tell you he's too busy to speak with you and will dismiss you with one of three randomly selected rejections, pointing you towards two other Blades with more dialogue options.

Notes

• His name may be a reference to Arcturus, the brightest star in the constellation Bootes. Another possible reference is Zurin Arctus, Tiber Septim's Imperial battlemage.
