When you enter the Mirror of Opposition, Xoryn will call out to Count Ryelaz and Zilyesset to stall your group:

Xoryn: "Make sure no one follows me."

Xoryn: "Like them!"

Xoryn: "That knot belongs to me! You can't have it!"

When you idle before the fight begins:

Xoryn: "Such tiny creatures. I cannot wait until they crush you."

When the fight begins:

Xoryn: "I'm going to enjoy this."

During combat in the Mirror of Opposition, he will order his minions to destroy your group:

Xoryn: "Kill the mortals quickly."

Xoryn: "Crush them! End them! Destroy them!"

Xoryn: "It is time! Destroy them!"

Xoryn: "Soon I'll have everything I'm owed and you'll be dead."

Xoryn: "Your fate is sealed."

Xoryn: "Show them your power!"

Xoryn: "Little mortals, little lives!"

When Brilliant Annihilation begins:

When Count Ryelaz and Zilyesset are close to defeat, Xoryn will dismiss your progress:

When your group wipes:

Xoryn: "You never stood a chance."

You will reach the Catalyst Nook, where Xoryn will release the Arcane Knot which will release the Orphic Shattered Shard:

Xoryn: "You're too late, pest! Prepare for the inevitable!"

Keshargo: "Xoryn, do not unleash that creature!"

While fighting the initial waves of enemies:

Xoryn: "The arcane knot is mine to claim!"

When the Orphic Shattered Shared appear:

Xoryn: "I will have this power!"

During combat against the Orphic Shattered Shard, he will taunt your group:

Xoryn: "After this, no one will stop me.

Xoryn: "Your friends will get you killed!"

Xoryn: "I should thank you for the opportunity to try out my masterpiece before I reveal it to the world. But I won't."

When the Shattered Shard is close to defeat:

Xoryn: "Your death means less than my victory!"

Xoryn: "The shard will finish you!"

As you are escorting the Arcane Knot back to the Lucent Wastes, Xoryn appears near the entrance of the Faceted Gallery to stop your group. Keshargo will try to reason with Xoryn one last time:

Keshargo: "The knot isn't an object you can contain. Let us pass, Xoryn!"

Xoryn: "The knot will listen to me. It is mine!"

During combat:

Xoryn: "Take this!"

During Chain lightning:

Xoryn: "Suffer together!"

When Xoryn will call forth mirrors for Tempest:

Xoryn: "I don't even have to aim!"

Xoryn: "These mirrors will be your doom."

Xoryn: "These mirrors see everything!"

Xoryn: "Yes! They obey me!"

Xoryn: "You can't hide from the citadel!"
