In-Game Description The Tsaesci are the snake-folk of southern Akavir, best known for their rule over the Empire during the Second Era Akaviri Potentate. Though renowned for their skill as duelists, Tsaesci are more notorious for their nigh-immortality, a condition rumored to be caused by endemic vampirism. Long feared and venerated in equal measure by the peoples of Tamriel, Tsaesci are today rarely found outside the borders of their isolationist kingdom in the Uttermost East. What few remain in Tamriel are reclusive sages, esteemed advisors to high courts, or intractable guardians of ancient treasures.
