Sarum

Sarum is a Dark Elf pauper who can be found in the maintenance room of Old Ebonheart's sewers. For a bit of gold, he can guide you to the western sewers where the catacombs of the Grand Chapel of Talos can be found during the events of the Thieves Guild quest 'An Empress' Ransom'.

He wears a common shirt and a pair of common pants. He wields a steel dagger.

Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows no spells.
